Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Oversight : Direct all facility operations, ensuring optimal efficiency and success in production, inventory accuracy, and profitability.
- Team Management : Supervise staff, including hiring, training, performance management, and fostering team development.
- Customer Service & Integrity : Ensure exceptional service and accurate material purchases on both ferrous and nonferrous scales.
- Quality Assurance : Verify that outbound materials meet both customer and company specifications.
- Safety & Cleanliness : Maintain a safe environment for employees, customers, and visitors while ensuring the facility, yard, and office are clean and organized.
- Equipment Maintenance : Oversee preventative and emergency maintenance of all facility equipment.
- Communication : Collaborate with the sales team to align material pricing and ensure timely shipping of materials.
