The Role – Midshift Selector
As a Midshift Selector, you’ll help fulfill customer orders accurately, maintain organization, and ensure quality standards. You’ll receive hands-on training to become proficient in selecting orders, handling products, and contributing to our food logistics process.
What You’ll Do:
- Learn & Grow: Receive comprehensive training to excel in your role—no experience needed!
- Select & Palletize Orders: Pick and build customer orders with care, ensuring accuracy and protection.
- Prioritize Safety: Follow safety protocols to keep yourself, your team, and our products secure.
- Engage in Communication: Share ideas on improving operations and enhancing customer service.
- Uphold Cleanliness: Help maintain a tidy, organized workspace.
