Are you looking for a role where you can make a difference every day? Foster is hiring a Warehouse Helper to ensure our warehouse and grounds are clean, safe, and well-organized. No experience? No problem! We’re ready to train you for success.
What You’ll Do:
- Keep It Clean:
- Sweep, mop, and maintain clean warehouse floors.
- Dispose of trash and recyclables responsibly.
- Clean and organize work areas, equipment, and storage areas.
- Maintain the Grounds:
- Remove debris and litter from outdoor areas, including parking lots and entryways.
- Keep loading docks and surrounding spaces tidy.
- Stay Safe:
- Follow safety standards in all cleaning tasks.
- Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
- Support the Team:
- Help with other warehouse tasks such repacking, inventory counting, and restocking supplies.
- Take on additional cleaning or maintenance duties as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- No prior experience? No problem – we’ll train you!
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical tasks.
- A detail-oriented mindset and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
