Administrative Assistant to Sales Director

This position is more than just administrative work—you'll be the gatekeeper to his office, helping to streamline communication with the technical team while handling various day-to-day tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in the following:
- Technical Applications: Familiarity with Monday.com, Slack, and spreadsheets is crucial.
- Photo Management: You’ll assist with the organization and management of stored photos on our internal server.
- Office Coordination: Act as the central point of contact between the Sales Director and the rest of the team.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive executive administrative support, including calendar management and phone etiquette.
- Organize and coordinate meetings and events, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records and files, utilizing Microsoft Office and Google Suite for documentation.
- Assist with bookkeeping and data entry tasks as needed, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
- Communicate effectively with team members via Slack to ensure smooth operations and project coordination.
