Position Overview
As an Order Processing Specialist, you'll play a critical role in managing the end-to-end order process, from receipt to delivery. You'll work closely with clients, photographers, and logistics teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and client satisfaction. This remote role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Process client orders for prints, albums, and digital files, ensuring accuracy in billing and delivery details.
2. Verify and confirm order details with clients, including specifications, deadlines, and special requests.
3. Coordinate with photographers and editors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
4. Update and maintain client records in our CRM system, tracking order status and client preferences.
5. Communicate with clients regarding order status, delivery timelines, and any potential delays.
6. Resolve order-related issues, such as incorrect shipments, damaged products, or billing discrepancies.
7. Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure smooth shipping and delivery processes.
8. Generate and distribute order summaries and reports for internal teams.
9. Monitor inventory levels of prints, albums, and packaging materials, placing orders as needed.
10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for order processing and data privacy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2 years of experience in order processing, customer service, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and order management software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
