The FOUND Hotel Santa Monica, located in Los Angeles is Now Hiring Guides and Night Auditors!
Come join our new team today! What will I be doing? As a Guide, you would be responsible for greeting and registering guests and checking guests out of the hotel in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Greet guests and complete the registration process.
- Assist guests with check-out including, but not limited to, ensuring rooms and services are correctly accounted.
- Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of hotel information including, but not limited to, room categories, room rates, packages, promotions, the local area and other general product knowledge and answer guest questions and inquiries.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Greets guests as they arrive, focusing on personal recognition.
- Reviews arrival list daily and assists in preparing and assembling welcome amenities.
- Answer the telephone within three rings with a smile and answer questions accordingly or transfer as needed.
- Keep guest services area clean and organized.
Qualifications
- Customer service experience in a hotel setting
- Proficiency in front desk operations and guest services
- Strong phone etiquette skills
- Previous experience with multi-line phone systems
- Ability to handle guest relations effectively
- Preferred experience in hospitality management or hotel management
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
- Willingness to work night audit shifts
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
