Join our exceptional team as the General Manager for our 169-key property! As a leader at our property, you’ll ensure our standards of service and guest experience are always met by overseeing staff training, guest satisfaction, and daily operations. You’ll collaborate closely with sales and marketing, manage budgets, monitor cost controls, and maintain pristine property standards. We’re seeking someone with 3 years of experience in boutique or select service hotels, strong sales and marketing knowledge, and a proactive, guest-focused attitude. Pay Range
Pay Range $110,000 - $120,000. Base pay offered may vary depending on a range of factors including job-related knowledge, skills, and job-specific experience/overall experience.
FOUND Hotel Carlton reserves the right to change or modify the team member’s job description whether orally or in writing, at any time during the employment relationship.
