We are seeking an ambitious and strategic Commercial Real Estate Broker who has the vision and drive to grow into the President of our commercial real estate practice . This role is ideal for a high-performing professional with deep expertise in sales, leasing, acquisitions, and development who aspires to lead and scale a brokerage firm.
The ideal candidate will have a strong transactional background, a proven ability to build and lead teams , and a strategic mindset focused on long-term business growth. Over time, this role will transition into an executive leadership position, taking on firm-wide responsibilities, including business development, operations, and expansion strategy.
Key Responsibilities :
Phase 1 : Commercial Real Estate Broker
- Identify, secure, and execute high-value real estate transactions (sales, leasing, acquisitions).
- Develop and manage client relationships with property owners, developers, investors, and tenants.
- Conduct market research and financial analysis to advise clients on real estate opportunities.
- Negotiate and structure complex real estate deals , ensuring compliance and favorable terms.
- Proactively generate new business through networking, lead generation, and client referrals.
- Collaborate with internal teams on marketing strategies, due diligence, and deal execution.
Phase 2 : Leadership & Growth Track
