Key Responsibilities
- Lead real estate investments from acquisition through turnkey lease buildouts
- Identify and acquire retail, hospitality, and gas station development sites
- Assist in structuring SPVs or Funds for large-scale real estate projects
- Oversee asset disposition strategies for recapitalization
- Expand national footprint through strategic land acquisitions and financing
- Conduct financial analysis, feasibility studies, and due diligence for projects ranging from $300K to $15M
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers, developers, attorneys, lenders, and investors
- Manage ground-up developments, asset repurposing, and complex land deals
- Oversee financial structuring and deal financing
- Represent the company in client engagements, site tours, and negotiations
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams on transactions and entity structuring
- Align real estate investments with broader business growth strategy
Qualifications & Experience
- Licensed Real Estate Broker (required)
- Experience in fuel-related or gaming-adjacent real estate (a plus)
- 10 years in acquisitions, investment sales, or tenant representation
- Expertise in financial modeling, underwriting, and deal structuring
- Proven track record in acquisitions, underwriting, and deal execution
- Strong finance and accounting skills with proficiency in reporting and analysis
- Versatile, deal-driven professional balancing sales, analysis, and legal negotiations
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
