Overview of the role
Manage daily coordination of the Mobile Crisis Outreach program within the Eastern Region according to agency policy and practice. Oversee the hiring and supervision of Mobile Crisis Outreach staff who coordinate and directly respond to individuals experiencing mental health related crisis. Participate in effective community outreach and education to ensure service delivery, knowledge of programs with partners and stakeholders. Maintain records for payroll, basic accounting, program data, documentation, billing, and scheduling needs. Participate in regularly scheduled conferences with internal staff, and Foundation 2 contracted agencies.
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

What you’ll do

· Maintain records for payroll, basic accounting, program data, documentation, billing, and scheduling needs.
· Participate in regularly scheduled conferences with internal staff, and Foundation 2 contracted agencies.
What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in a human service-related field required and 2 years’ experience working within the mental health field preferred.
- 1 years’ supervisory experience required.
- Ability to pass all background checks completed by Foundation 2.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be insurable by Foundation 2’s automobile insurance.
- High comfort with computers with ability to multi-task.
- Experience in crisis services preferred.
- Excellent writing and grammar skills.
- Pass all background checks completed by Foundation 2 Crisis Services.
- Submit copy of college degree or transcript as required by licensure for personnel file.
- Education or training in trauma-informed care preferred.
- Experience in strength-based practices preferred.
- Knowledge/experience working in the mental health, substance use, and/or problem gambling field preferred.
- The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, project management experience, and fosters a positive work culture within a trauma informed setting.
