Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to oversee the sales operations at Castle Rock Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM. In this role, you will manage a team of sales professionals, develop sales strategies, and ensure an outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 1-2 years in a sales management or leadership role.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
