Senior Product Owner
The Senior Product Owner is a key figure in driving and defining the launch of new products and services within the company. They possess a solid grasp on data analytics, strategy, and agile methodologies to deliver high-quality products that increase company revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define metrics to measure the effectiveness of product team planning, execution, and budgeting.
- Manage feature-level key performance indicators (KPIs) and oversee features or products with varying degrees of KPI, scope, complexity, etc.
- Support defining minimum viable products (MVPs), own scrum team backlogs (grooming, prioritization, refinement), and drive daily collaboration with scrum teams.
- Ensure delivery of scope, partner with delivery teams to clarify user stories, remove barriers for team members, and resolve open issues/questions quickly and efficiently.
- Analyze feasibility, cost ramifications, economies, or other aspects of planned or potential programs.
- Set quality standards for delivery, develop test plans (user story acceptance criteria), accept each story and potentially features, participate in team demos and retrospectives, and provide feedback to improve team processes.
- Partner across functions as needed to coordinate delivery plans, testing, training, and support.
- Build strong interpersonal relationships with individual contributors, leadership, senior management, internal and external stakeholders, and lead problem resolution as needed to ensure prompt, efficient service.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a similar relevant field; 7 years of relevant experience in Product Development and/or Product Management. Experience in Fintech and/or Financial services is a plus.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Database software, Internet software, Project Management software, Spreadsheet software, and Word Processing software.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
- Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
