The Foundation for Hair Restoration and Plastic Surgery is looking for a team member with a dynamic, energetic, and outgoing personality, with a strong background in high-end customer service to work mostly in our Miami location. The leads coordinator focuses on administrative duties while creating a welcoming environment for our patients. In this position, the front desk coordinator will assist patients with inquiries on services provided, pricing and products available. In addition, they are responsible for capturing leads and patient data in the system accurately.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

In this position, the front desk coordinator will assist patients with inquiries on services provided, pricing and products available. In addition, they are responsible for capturing leads and patient data in the system accurately.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensures a positive experience for each patient through excellent customer service practices.
- Oversees entry of patient data in Nextech (EHR System) and AesthetixCRM (CRM system)
- Captures contact information for prospective patients and generates leads
- Coordinating captured leads by all front desk coordinators
- Educates patients on services offered by FHRPS
- Answers phones and effectively communicates with patients on their inquiries
- Maintains a clean and organized front desk area
- Exemplifies the desired culture and philosophies of the organization working effectively as a team member with other members of management and the clinic staff
- Prior experience in cosmetic/plastic surgery or dermatology setting preferred

- EMR systems: 1 year (Preferred)
