As our Experienced Social Media Content Manager, you'll spearhead our content initiatives, driving growth and engagement across all major social media platforms. You'll lead a talented team, create compelling content, and develop strategies that resonate with our target audience, ensuring LeadsIcon remains at the forefront of the industry.

🎯 What You’ll Do:

• Develop & Execute Strategy: Craft and manage comprehensive social media content strategies that drive growth and engagement across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Videography & Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging video content leveraging your expertise in videography to capture and retain audience attention.
• Editing & Production: Lead post-production efforts using Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and other editing software to ensure polished and professional content.
• Delegation & Team Management: Oversee a team of editors, delegating projects efficiently to ensure timely content delivery while maintaining quality control standards.
• Scriptwriting: Write compelling scripts for video content that engages and resonates with our target audience.
• Content Production: Coordinate and produce diverse content using actors, user-generated content (UGC), and various media formats to keep our channels fresh and exciting.
• Viral Content & Growth: Utilize data-driven insights to create viral content strategies and grow our social media presence exponentially.
• Copywriting: Develop sharp, engaging copy for social media posts, ad campaigns, and marketing materials that align with our brand voice.
• Bilingual Advantage: While not required, fluency in both English and Spanish is a significant plus, enhancing our reach and engagement.
