About the Role:
Full-Time position, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. M-F. Great work culture, health benefits, 401(k), paid time off and room for growth.
As a Medical Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients and healthcare providers. Knowledge of medical insurance, basic medical terminology and procedures required. Bilingual a plus. Your primary responsibilities will include:
✔ Answering inbound calls with professionalism and empathy
✔ Assisting patients with scheduling, inquiries, and general support
✔ Navigating multiple electronic systems efficiently to provide accurate information
✔ Adapting to changing processes, policies, and healthcare regulations
✔ Ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every caller
