Position Summary:
Coordinates the payroll functions and provides quality of service for assigned clients. Contacts and assists clients in process of obtaining information for payroll production and tax related issues; verifies totals, responds to/resolves client questions and problems and delivers quality customer service as directed by the Financial Services Manager.
Duties:
- Perform payroll duties for clients as assigned by the Financial Services Manager.
- Reviews employee time and attendance entries for accuracy and completeness, and contacts appropriate departments to acquire any missing information.
- Reviews completed payroll runs and reconciles run reports to batch control information.
- Receives and answers inquiries from employees regarding paychecks, deductions and related matters.
- As directed, prepares termination, vacation advance, or other special checks according to established procedures.
- Prepares payroll summary reports.
- Reviews calculations and deposits of federal tax deposits and state tax deposits for clients as assigned by the Financial Services Manager.
- Maintains all electronic ACH records for employee payments and tax deposits.
- Reviews the PTO processing for FHS and clients. Generates PTO reports as needed.
- Reconcile applicable monthly expense statements for Example: JP Morgan, Sams, Lowes, AMEX, Home Depot, and Paycor.
- Process Workers Compensation monthly reporting’s and payments. ó Submit tax payments for IS, LLC.
- Provide answers to Writ of Garnishments.
- Process duplicate W-2’s.
- Submit VALIC payments.
- Download Lockard and Williams insurance bills, and print for Accounts Payable.
- Download Payroll deductions and reconcile to all insurance bills.
- Perform special projects as assigned.
- Perform other related duties or projects as assigned by the Financial Services Manager.
Educational Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
Experience Requirements:
- One year payroll experience required.
- Experience with Windows based word processing, spreadsheets, E-Mail, databases and Internet with a minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute.
- Experience with long-term care industry preferred.
- Experience with multi-state, multi-corporation and multi-facilities for proper segregation of financial transactions and data preferred.

Must be able to see hear or use prosthetics that will enable these senses to function adequately to ensure that the requirements of this position can be fully met.

Must be able to push, pull, move and/or lift a minimum of 10 pounds to a minimum height of 3 feet and be able to push, pull, move and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 25 feet.
Qualifications
Salary : $23 - $25
