What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant/Receptionist position at Foundation Realty?
Foundation Realty is Lenawee County's largest locally owned real estate company. We are looking to add a part-time receptionist to our team.
Duties include but are not limited to: Making and mailing post cards, entering and updating property listings in the MLS, Flyers in Microsoft Publisher, answering phones, making and faxing copies, and helping Realtors with various tasks.
Ideal candidates will be quick learners to new systems, be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Publisher and be self starters. We are looking for a long-term employee and are willing to train the right person. $13.00-14.00/hr (Pay is based on experience).
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
