What You'll Do:
- Be the first impression of our company by making and answering calls to set sales appointments
- Work cross-functionally across multiple departments to ensure a seamless customer journey
- Maintain accurate customer records within a Salesforce-based CRM
- Effectively communicate with potential customers, converting inquires into booked appointments
- Be open to occasional overtime when needed to support the team
- Deliver a remarkable customer experience with every interaction
Role Requirements:
- Two or more years of customer service experience
- Exceptional telephone and interpersonal skills--confident, clear, and engaging on calls
- Proficiency in computer programs and applications, with experience using a CRM (Salesforce is a plus)
- Self-driven and tenacious with a positive, can-do-attitude
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls per day to prospective customers
