RESPONSIBILITIES :
This position is responsible for the professional and efficient managing of telephone calls and messages.
- Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department. Keeping a log of calls and information received.
- Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.
KEY COMPETENCIES :
Typical environments include office, light industrial, commercial, utility and manufacturing. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Work may include outdoor work exposed to elements and non-conditioned spaces.
One to three years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
