Foundation Repair of CA, a regional leader in the foundation, cleanspace, and poly repair industry, has an immediate need for a positive, energetic individual to join our team as our Production Customer Service Representative. The role of the Production Customer Service Representative is to assist the production team with coordinating workflow of appropriate paperwork and communicating with
team leaders and customers as projects are moved through the system.
The ideal candidate will have great customer service skills, attention to detail and accuracy, good verbal and written communication skills, organizational and problem-solving skills. But most of all we want a team player.

The role of the Production Customer Service Representative is to assist the production team with coordinating workflow of appropriate paperwork and communicating with
team leaders and customers as projects are moved through the system.

What will you do?
- Work with escalated customers to find a suitable solution
- Schedule final inspections with the various jurisdictions at the end of each project
- Collect payments from customers during and after the project
- Communicate with city building departments
- Track permit inspections to completion
- Assist our inspector with passing information on to our customers
- Facilitate customer satisfaction reviews at the end of every project
- Demonstrate 2 years' experience in customer service (including telephone experience), or executive administration
- Exceptional communication skills with team members and customers
- Client service - understand the need, solve the problem, and respond in an efficient manner
- Self-motivated, energetic, and well organized
- Ability to manage time and multi-task
- Attend to tasks with accuracy and in great detail
