Key Responsibilities:
- Develop sales and retention strategies in collaboration with the Private Client team.
- Pursue cross-sell opportunities and identify potential new business sources.
- Prepare submissions for the marketing of accounts, including quotes and analysis as required.
- Maintain open communication with Account Managers and the service team regarding account-related information.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies.
Requirements:
- State-specific insurance license required.
- 4 years of agency experience with a strong sales background.
- Excellent negotiation, sales management, organizational, multitasking, motivational, verbal, and written skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Capable of making sound decisions in unusual circumstances.
