Responsibilities:
- Market new business opportunities as assigned by producers
- Review and analyze information provided by producers, securing additional data from clients/prospects when needed, and making informed recommendations on coverages and exposures
- Prepare proposals and submissions to carriers, negotiating placements independently
- Foster strong relationships with clients and carriers through daily endorsement services and general coverage inquiries
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong client relationships
- Proficiency in insurance agency management software (EPIC) and Microsoft products preferred
- Florida 2-20 or insurance license required
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- 3 years of agency experience in the designated field
