What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Sales Manager- CURREX position at Foundation Wellness?
We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to accelerate our Currex brand in North Carolina. This role will focus mainly on client management and the growth of existing accounts as well as some new account development within the Running Channel (run stores, specialty stores, and sporting). As an employee of Foundation Wellness (parent company), you will also have the opportunity to branch into other brands (ex. PowerStep). What you do:
- Responsible for accelerated revenue growth in territory and meeting and exceeding performance KPI’s
- Answer all customer inquiries promptly to resolve any complaint or issue while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Partner with Customer Service and Inside Sales to ensure an excellent customer experience
- Maintain a professional and engaging attitude while communicating with customers and peers
- Plan and execute sales training clinics
- Effectively utilizes company programs such as co-operative advertising, merchandising tools, and training to grow sales through existing customers.
- Understands competitor’s products and strategy to penetrate new business and train customers in sell through
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with the sales team (1099 sales contractors) within the territory
- Provide all necessary data to senior management upon request
- Stay up-to-date with latest sales trends and best practices
- Suggest solutions in a timely manner
What you know:
- Experience in Outdoor/Run/Sports Specialty industries
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
- Able to meet deadlines and manage under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good computer application skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint , CRM, etc.
- Self-directed and able to work independently to drive results.
- Willingness to travel up to 100% for industry trade shows (nationally), and sporting events and customer visits (North Carolina territory)
What we require:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, preferred
- 3-5 years of retail sales, a plus
- Candidate MUST reside in the territory they will service (North Carolina).
