Assistant Director of Admissions

Foundations Behavioral Health in Doylestown, PA is hiring a dynamic and talented Assistant Director of Admissions to join our team of compassionate, dedicated professionals! The hours for this position are Monday through Thursday 1pm to 9 : 30pm and Fridays 11am to 7 : 30pm.

Foundations Behavioral Health provides innovative behavioral health and academic services to children, adolescents and young adults working through a wide range of mental or behavioral health issues, such as depression, anxiety, and autism spectrum disorders. In collaboration with families, community supports and other providers, Foundations incorporates evidence-based, culturally responsive, and individualized treatment interventions within a nurturing, therapeutic environment.

The Assistant Director of Admissions is responsible for : supervising the Assessment & Referral and Admitting Department staff in coordination with the Director and in the absence of the Director; contributes in management activities and meetings to assist with the implementation and upholding of the organization’s policies and procedures; completing initial pre-authorizations reviews with insurances or the appropriate Community Mental Health as needed; educates and supervises staff in compliance with staff development in-service programs and trains new hires.
