Foundations Early Learning Center is seeking a Childcare Center Director!

Pay rate: $56,000- $61,000 annually. PLUS quarterly bonus potential and FREE childcare.
The rate of pay for this position will be determined based on a combination of the following factors: candidate’s relevant education, qualifying experience, and credentials/certifications. For example, candidates with a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a related field and applicable experience may qualify for a rate toward the top end of this range.

We help children reach their full potential, with school readiness, socialization, literacy, problem-solving, self-esteem and other life skills at the center of our focus. Foundations provides premier infant, toddler, preschool, Pre-K, school-age, and summer camp programs for children 6 weeks to 12 years. Our programs utilize the nationally-recognized, award-winning Creative Curriculum® with a focus on STEAM in our classrooms.

- Bachelor's degree in early childhood or a related field preferred.
- 40-hour director training OR TCC/CDA.
- Previous childcare management experience required.
- Must meet all state qualifications for classroom teaching positions.
- Proven leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a face paced environment while multi-tasking.
