Teacher pay rate scale: $14.00-$17.00 per hour
The rate of pay for this position will be determined based on a combination of the following factors: the specific role, candidateās relevant education, qualifying experience, and credentials/certifications.Ā For example, candidates with a bachelorās degree in early childhood education or a related field and applicable experience may qualify for a rate toward the top end of this range. Candidates with limited experience and education may be paid mid-range. Candidates with a high school diploma and limited experience may be paid towards the lower end of the scale.

- Proof of high school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 6 months experience as a teacher in a licensed day care, childcare center or preschool.
- CDA or TCC required for lead teachers.
- Successful completion of state background check and health assessments
