Responsibilities:
Reporting to the CEO, the HR Manager ensures the department is in compliance with Federal and State regulations as well as accrediting and regulatory agencies. Duties would include: full cycle recruitment process for all positions within the facility, employee relation resolution, serve as the benefit liaison from the corporate office to the employees, orientation and training, workers compensation, HRIS administration and maintenance, and employee engagement activities.
Situated on 14 rolling, wooded acres in Mansfield, Ohio, Foundations for Living is a secure, residential treatment center, designed to meet the needs of severely troubled adolescents struggling with behavioral, emotional and psychological problems.
The HR Manager plays a key role in helping to build a dynamic employee culture where employees are engaged and find long-term career success.

Experience: A minimum of three - five years experience in human resources, one year HR administration and two years of healthcare preferred.
