Relationship Manager

Overview :

Are you passionate about building strong relationships and providing exceptional service? Foundations Investment Advisors is seeking an entry-level Advisor Services Relationship Manager to support and strengthen relationships with financial advisors. This highly service-oriented role involves extensive phone communication, both inbound and outbound, to ensure advisors receive top-tier support and a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the primary point of contact for financial advisors, addressing questions and concerns related to the firm’s services, platforms, and processes.
• Conduct regular outreach calls to advisors to ensure satisfaction, provide updates, and gather feedback.
• Assist with on-boarding new advisors, guiding them through account setup, paperwork, and operational procedures.
• Handle inbound inquiries related to account transitions, platform navigation, product offerings, and general support needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, compliance, and investment teams, to resolve advisor issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of advisor interactions, updates, and resolutions within CRM systems.
• Educate advisors on available resources, technology tools, and best practices to maximize efficiency.
• Monitor and track key advisor engagement metrics, reporting trends to leadership for continuous improvement.
• Assist in coordinating events, webinars, and training sessions designed to enhance advisor relationships and knowledge.
• Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and company policies that may impact advisors.
