What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Director position at Foundations Preschool?
At Foundations Preschool our goal is to help support parents, while providing a safe and nurturing learning environment for their children. We aim to provide the foundation children will need to continue their education when they are ready to move on, and are committed to providing age appropriate programs that stimulate the cognitive, physical, social, emotional, sensory, and creative development of each child. It is the Assistant Directors job to work closely with the Center Director to ensure that this is reached.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the director with day-to-day operations in running the school.
- Touring potential families.
- Managing and updating ProCare accounts.
- Help oversee our parent engagement app.
- May prepare lunch and snacks.
- May help and assist in the classrooms when needed.
- Manages center staff schedules.
- Help prepare curriculum for classrooms.
- Meets compliance with all federal, state and local laws, as well as company policies and procedure.
- Flexible schedule (Opening or closing)
- Supporting your staff.
- Provide a positive learning environment for all.
- Keeping center tour ready.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
