Child Care Teacher

Foundations Progressive Learning Center is Lincoln’s foremost play-based childcare center, offering a welcoming, home-like environment for up to 50 children at a time. We embrace a philosophy that celebrates childhood and cultivates community, focusing on child-led learning and building strong relationships with families and staff.

We are looking for a caring and dependable part-time morning Childcare Support Teacher to join our team. If you have a passion for nurturing young hearts and helping children thrive in a dynamic, play-based environment, we’d love to meet you!

Position Details

• Hours: 7:00 AM – 10:30 AM, Monday through Friday, with opportunities for additional shifts.

Duties Include:

• Supervising children across all age groups (infants through preschool).
• Assisting lead teachers during play, meals, and transitions.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
• Communicating professionally with families and fellow staff members.
