Job responsibilities :
- Prepares and consolidates financial statements
- Establishing and maintaining internal controls
- Assists with management of accounting, auditing, and budgeting within the organization
- Assists with weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end analyses
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Provide support to other departments as needed on financial matters
- Assist Financial Controller in the budgeting and forecasting process
- Special projects for the CFO
- Assists CFO in the preparation of the annual Medicare & Medicaid cost reports
- Collaborate with AP, AR, and Payroll departments for all related transactions
- Maintain a working knowledge of applicable regulations and guidelines governing financial operations in Home Health Care industry operations
