Bekiares Eliezer LLP (Founders Legal®) seeks a Junior Corporate Associate Attorney for an entry-level position (up to ~3 years of experience). Qualified candidates will ideally have previous exposure to, interest in and/or an academic background in general corporate / business law, business formation, and contract drafting and negotiation. The primary focus of this position will be supporting document drafting and client management in new business formations, annual and periodic regulatory filings and reporting, and outside general counsel services, with overall responsibilities being dependent upon experience and/or technical background. As a Junior Corporate Associate, you will also have exposure to technology, capital raise, and M&A transactions. Qualified candidates must have excellent writing, communication, and people skills, plus excellent time management skills, and be effective at working both independently and on project teams. Requirements:
- JD from a US accredited law school (with journal experience a preference).
- Admitted to practice, and in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia, or registered for examination.
- Excellent analytical, oral, and written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Must have the highest level of personal integrity, client confidentiality, and adherence to ethical standards.
- Must be a fast learner who is capable of quickly understanding and internalizing new information, systems, processes, and procedures.
- Must be comfortable with using and adopting new software tools and technology generally.
