Role and Responsibilities:
- Door-to-door canvassing to generate leads and connect with homeowners.
- Conduct roof inspections to assess damage and provide expert recommendations.
- Educate homeowners on their roofing options and assist with insurance claims.
- Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
- Prepare and present all sales contracts with professionalism.
- Maintain detailed client records and follow up as needed.
Qualities We are Looking For:
- Strong organizational skills – Ability to manage leads and follow up effectively.
- Excellent communication skills – Outgoing, confident, and persuasive.
- Comfortable with on-site inspections – Ability to carry, set up, and climb a ladder.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented – A strong work ethic and drive to succeed.
- Must be coachable – Willingness to learn and improve continuously.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Sales, construction, or roofing experience (preferred but not required).
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are a plus!
