F3 Marina is a leader in professional marina management and consulting services to marina owners anywhere. Our services include all aspects of waterfront development and management, including; marinas and adjacent upland property, such as multi-family and retail. We provide the expertise, experience, and attention to detail to delight our boaters, clients and communities while maximizing occupancy and revenue.
We are seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Marine Travel Lift Operator to join our team at The Maryland Marina. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves the marina environment and has a customer service mind set. You will operate marina equipment, including travel lifts, forklifts and other machinery to safely move, store and launch boats. You will offer customer service to our boaters and clientele, assisting them with docking their boats, fueling, and acquiring amenities. The entire team at the marina is also responsible for the upkeep and curb appeal of the facility making sure we are able to delight boaters at all times. This includes some light maintenance duties on the docks, grounds and buildings. In addition, you will assist with power washing, bottom cleaning, washing, waxing and inspecting hulls as needed. This position requires holiday and weekend hours.
Requirements :
The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and hands-on with the ability to perform basic boat maintenance and minor repairs, as well as assist with general marina upkeep and property maintenance. Additional experience in boat maintenance and repair is a plus. Having mechanical aptitude with basic knowledge of boat maintenance tasks and the ability to operate marine equipment and boats is a plus. A Class A, B, or C Drivers license is required. Travel lift / Boat Forklift certification is a plus.
