Position Summary:
FoundersCard is seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial-minded Marketing Associate to join our dynamic marketing team in our Midtown Manhattan office. This is a full-time, in-office position where you will play a key role in executing marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in marketing, a strong understanding of marketing principles, and a passion for driving results.
Responsibilities:- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Assist with marketing initiatives across various channels, including digital marketing (social media, email marketing), content marketing, etc.
- Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and monitor social media trends.
- Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Responsible for administrative tasks including creating internal landing pages, partner benefit pages, and referral codes
- Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies.
- Assist with event planning and execution.
- Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing.
- Experience with content creation and graphic design.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Things to Know:
- This role is in-office full time. Our office is in Midtown Manhattan
- This role will include travel up to 20% of the time
- The compensation range for this role is $75k - $100k
