What are the responsibilities and job description for the Order Fulfillment Associate position at Foundrae Fine Jewelry?
Job Title: Fulfillment Associate
Reports to: Fulfillment Manager
The FoundRae collection are tools of self-discovery and self-expression. We like to think that it’s more than jewelry, that each piece is a modern heirloom, one that allows the wearer to express something of oneself to the world and to unfold further into the person that we are meant to be.
Objective:
Fulfill all FoundRae Orders leaving the studio location. Ensure all finished orders pass quality standard. Process all outgoing and incoming shipments. Log and track customer returns fron initiation to completion.
Maintain packaging levels and inventory.
Order Fulfillment
- Process orders for all channels: POS, E-commerce, and Wholesale
- New Orders: notify clients of - custom item lead time, out of stock items, applicable international shipping fees.
- Final check products against order to ensure correct items and assembly.
- Prepare all outgoing order in accordance with Wrapping and Packing standards.
- Administer final check: verify shipping method, documents, address.
- Send tracking information to recipients of all outgoing orders
- Messenger service: schedule messenger service with FoundRae driver and ensured messenger delivery with outside service as necessary.
Returns:
- Confirm receipt of all returns with client.
- Connect Jewelry stylist for edits/additions to client pieces
- Log and track returns using Return Tracker.
Packaging Inventory & Office Supplies
- Maintain packaging supplies/paper goods level.
- Participate in monthly inventory count of all point of purchase and packaging supplies fulfillment team.
- Receive packaging supply shipments - check quantities against invoice, QC, stock at flagship location or storage unit
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
