Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate, wellness-oriented Nurse Practitioner to provide holistic primary care services in collaboration with our chiropractic team. The NP will play a key role in evaluating patients, managing care plans, and integrating functional medicine principles to support patient wellness. This is a unique opportunity to practice in a supportive environment where collaboration, education, and prevention are central to our care model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide patient-centered care through comprehensive health assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with chiropractors and wellness staff to create integrative care strategies.
• Manage acute and chronic health conditions with a focus on lifestyle, nutrition, and non-invasive therapies.
• Educate patients on preventive health measures and wellness practices.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and labs as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinic protocols.
• Participate in staff meetings, care coordination, and community health initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

• Current Nurse Practitioner license in [State] and in good standing.
• Board Certification (FNP, ANP, or related).
• Minimum 1 year of experience preferred, ideally in a wellness or integrative health setting.
• Knowledge or strong interest in functional medicine, holistic care, and chiropractic philosophy.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills.
• Team player with a proactive and collaborative mindset.

Pay: $57.00 - $60.00 per hour
