Golf Course Maintenance Crew

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Crew member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the aesthetics and functionality of our outdoor spaces. This role involves a variety of tasks including groundskeeping, lawn care, and landscape maintenance. The Maintenance Crew member will utilize both power and hand tools to ensure that all areas are well-kept and visually appealing.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular groundskeeping tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
• Conduct landscape maintenance including planting, pruning, and fertilizing plants and shrubs.
• Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for various maintenance tasks.
• Irrigate gardens and landscaped areas to promote healthy plant growth.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and equipment used in maintenance activities.
• Assist in the installation of new landscaping features as needed.
• Monitor the health of plants and report any issues or concerns to management.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

• Previous experience in groundskeeping, lawn care, or landscape maintenance is preferred.
• Proficiency in using power tools such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and blowers.
• Ability to use hand tools effectively for various gardening tasks.
• Strong attention to detail with a passion for maintaining outdoor spaces.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• A valid driver's license required.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
