Facility Custodian and Maintenance

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Custodian/Maintenance Employee to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, performing minor repairs, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to complete tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming, in compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
• Conduct minor facility repairs such as changing lightbulbs, fixing leaks, and patching walls.
• Ensure offices, restrooms, and common areas are maintained to commercial cleaning standards.
• Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts throughout the premises.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring all tools are in good working condition.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in facilities maintenance and custodial services preferred.
• Familiarity with cleaning methods, tools, and safety protocols.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.49 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.00 – 20.00 per week

Schedule:

• Afternoon shift
• Evening shift
• Every weekend
