- Assess resident health and notify physicians of changes in status, promptly implementing new orders.
- Develop and implement personalized plans of care based on comprehensive assessments.
- Contribute to resident assessments and the development of care plans.
Required Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in long-term care preferred.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state.
- CPR certification.
