Job Overview:
Four D Coatings LLC is looking for motivated, hands-on individuals to join our growing maintenance division as Epoxy Flooring Installer Helpers. If you have some experience with resinous, epoxy, or MMA flooring and want to expand your skills in a supportive, team-driven environment, this is your chance. You'll assist in commercial flooring projects across various job sites, learning from the best in the business and gaining invaluable field experience along the way.
This role is perfect for someone with a strong work ethic, a desire to grow, and the ability to work independently on the road. You'll be trained in all aspects of MMA flooring systems and safety protocols, with plenty of opportunities for advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist foremen and installers with prep, mixing, and application of MMA flooring systems
• Help set up and maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
• Operate and maintain grinders, mixers, vacuums, and other tools
• Wear and maintain all required PPE during work shifts
• Follow instructions carefully and complete tasks on time
• Support crew leaders with project documentation and clean-up
• Travel to commercial job sites as assigned, often overnight
• Learn and grow under experienced installers with opportunity for advancement

Qualifications:

• Some experience with resinous, epoxy, or MMA flooring systems is required
• Familiarity with surface preparation tools and coatings application is a plus
• Physically able to perform labor-intensive tasks in various environments
• Willingness to travel for jobs and work night shifts as needed
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and eagerness to learn
• Good communication skills and team-oriented attitude
• Valid driver's license preferred

Work Schedule:

• Full-time, Monday to Friday
• Night shifts and travel are a core part of this job - flexibility and independence are key.

Work Location:

• Based in Woodstock, GA
• Will involve daily travel between jobsites and vendors throughout the region
