Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Flooring Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in flooring installation and related trades, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. This role involves working on various flooring projects, ensuring that installations are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Install various types of flooring materials, including LVP, LVT (glue down), tile, and carpet.
- Installing tile around tubs, bathroom floors, and showers including mud beds.
- Prepare surfaces for installation by cleaning, leveling, and repairing as necessary.
- Measure and cut flooring materials accurately to fit designated areas.
- Apply caulking and trim carpentry techniques to ensure a polished finish.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and timelines.
- Conduct remodeling tasks as needed to enhance the overall aesthetic of the space.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Assist in estimating project costs and timelines for flooring installations.
Skills
- Proficiency in flooring installation techniques and best practices.
- Experience with trim carpentry and caulking for finishing touches.
- Knowledge of concrete finishing methods is a plus.
- Familiarity with the restoration industry and its standards.

This job is a multifamily unit with around 400 units total. This job will last anywhere from 8-12 months before moving to a different location.
