Company Overview
Four Feathers Wine Estates is a family-owned winery located in Prosser, Washington. We are a custom crush facility with 3,000,000 gallons of capacity and crush over 17,000 tons at harvest for multiple clients. We have a team of skilled and experienced winemakers and cellar crew dedicated to producing wines of the highest quality. We are looking to immediately hire an entry level sales and marketing support candidate. We would like to offer experience in winery sales and marketing by providing an opportunity to help us grow our organization.
Summary of Position
The person hired for this position will work directly with the sales and marketing team. The primary responsibilities will be to manage and execute wine sample request from clients. This includes providing accurate data entry, filling and labeling wine bottles, keeping track of stock and packaging, and professionally communicating shipping information with clients. This individual would also assist with customized blends, communicating with both the winemaking and sales teams.
Responsibilities
· Maintain bulk wine sample stock
· Assist with custom wine samples
· Coordinate sample shipments to clients using various delivery services
· Effectively communicate between both Sales and Winemaking Team
· Manage sample shipments including data entry, client communication and physical samples
· Maintain accurate label information
· Post a rotating list of available bulk wines to WineBusiness.com
· Assist in updating Customer Relationship Management software (Monday.com)
· Maintain website information
· Assist in client gifts, promotional items and handouts
· Assist sales and winemaking with organizational tasks and seasonal projects
Qualifications
· Detail-oriented, organized, self-starter, team player
· Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
· Ability to conduct work accurately and efficiently with minimal supervision
· Full Time, Hourly, Entry Level
