Four Fold Farm has three new greenhouses on our home farm in Accord. Four Fold Farm is seeking to hire a Greenhouse Coordinator to work with our Farm Director and farm crew as the primary steward of our various greenhouse operations in 2025 and beyond.
We are looking for a candidate who is available for full-time, year-round, focusing on greenhouse work from January to August and then pivoting to working on the farm crew for the bulk of their work week from August to December. Our ideal candidate would be excited to help us improve and expand current systems for our three new greenhouses, be able to put these systems into practice, and work to help grow both our production and retail spaces in the future.
