As Lead Technician, you will be integral to the manufacturing and assembly of our harvesting robot production line. Your efforts are vital in ensuring these systems operate efficiently and meet our high quality standards.
YOUR ROLE
- Lead and support a team of assembly technicians in assembling, calibrating, and testing GR-100 systems according to engineering specifications.
- Perform regular maintenance on assembly equipment and troubleshoot to reduce downtime.
- Maintain precise records of assembly processes for quality assurance and production tracking.
- Prepare, clean, and package GR-100 units for global shipment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with the Manufacturing Manager to optimize assembly processes, implement improvements, and achieve production targets.
- Take on additional tasks as needed to support the manufacturing operations and team objectives.
NEEDED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in manufacturing or engineering preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly role, ideally in robotics or high-tech equipment.
- Strong Electro-mechanical experience.
- Proficiency with hand tools, assembly equipment, and testing devices.
- Exceptional focus on quality and precision in all tasks
- Capable of managing multiple tasks, schedules, and administrative duties efficiently as needed.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities for effective team coordination and reporting.
