As an Assembly Technician, you will be integral to the construction and maintenance of our harvesting robot production line. Your efforts are vital in ensuring these systems operate efficiently and meet our high standards of quality.
YOUR ROLE
- Assemble, calibrate, and test GR-100 systems following engineering specifications.
- Conduct quality control checks and inspections to ensure compliance with standards.
- Perform regular maintenance on assembly equipment and troubleshoot to reduce downtime.
- Maintain precise records of assembly processes for quality assurance and production tracking.
- Prepare, clean, and package GR-100 units for global shipment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
- Take on additional tasks as needed.
NEEDED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in manufacturing or engineering preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly role, ideally in robotics or high-tech equipment.
- Proficiency with hand tools, assembly equipment, and testing devices.
- Electro-mechanical experience will be a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
