What you will do?
As the Caseworker the position is responsible for planning for the treatment of individual children, a family or groups, coordination of services, and successful implementation of the plan as developed. Specific responsibilities include:
- Schedules program operations, coordinating the program activities and setting priorities for maintaining program objectives
- Provides skill, case and/or personal supervision as designed
- Prepares, manages and reports out on daily program routines and delivery of services.
- Understands and implements program activities in line with agency philosophy and policies
- Provides clear, timely and detailed reports of incidents and observations.
- Monitors and approves program expenditures to ensure compliance with budgeted financial outcomes
- Prepares and maintains records documenting program operations and activities per requirements
- Selects, trains and supervises program staff
- Interfaces with referring workers and other key professionals internally and externally to ensure that appropriate treatment and services are delivered
- Maintains physical location(s) to assure health, sanitation, physical safety and appearance
- Coordinates services necessary with external providers (i.e. food, pharmacy, facility, training, etc.)
- Effectively leads staff to ensure that clients have successful outcomes
- May have responsibility for program design by leveraging the professional knowledge base to develop effective standards-based treatment and care protocols
- Creates a positive, outcome-oriented culture for staff under his/her oversight
- With other leaders, works annual action plans to improve staff satisfaction as measured by the enterprise Employee Survey
- Implements and provides leadership interpretation/guidance regarding enterprise policies and procedures
- Supervises staff on quality and timeliness of service provision and case progress

Qualifications & Program Information
What you need:
BA in Human Services or a related field with service provision experience preferred OR five years relevant experience in service delivery. Demonstrates a good understanding of treatment provision, program operations and safety practices.
