Duties

- Answer phone calls promptly, providing information about hotel services, room availability, and local attractions while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring their needs are met to enhance their overall experience.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions to ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests and address any issues promptly.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
