Duties

- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications using phone systems and hotel management software.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
- Maintain organized records of guest interactions and transactions.
- Address any guest complaints or issues with professionalism and courtesy.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles is preferred.
