Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Operate phone systems to respond to calls and relay messages efficiently.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist with billing inquiries and process payments accurately.
- Train and develop staff members to assist guests in line with company policies.
Skills
- Previous experience in hotel management or guest services is preferred.
- Strong front desk experience with knowledge of hotel operations.
- Proficient in using phone systems and handling multiple calls effectively.
- Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrated phone etiquette to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
