## Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Houseperson to join our team. As a Hotel Houseperson, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. The Hotel Houseperson is also responsible for driving the company Shuttle Van for contracted and hotel guests.
## Duties
- Clean and tidy common areas, such as public restrooms and lobby
- Strip to turnover rooms for Housekeepers, replace towels, and fulfill guest requests
- Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and perform deep cleaning tasks as needed
- Must have a valid drivers license to apply.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
- Follow established procedures for handling and disposing of trash
- Assist with laundry duties during your shift.
## Requirements
- Prior experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel setting
- Knowledge of housekeeping management practices and procedures
- Familiarity with floor care techniques and industrial cleaning equipment
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills with a hospitality mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
